We ask you for personal data only when you write to us through the contact form or by e-mail. Below you will find what we do with it, how long we keep it and how to exercise your rights.

Through the form on the Contact page we receive your name, e-mail address and phone number, and optionally your company name, the site location, the expected dates, the type of building, the scope of works, a description of the enquiry and an attachment with supporting documents. We use them for one purpose only — handling your enquiry and preparing a quotation. We do not use them for advertising and we do not sell them to anyone.
We process the data on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form, and to the extent necessary for steps taken prior to entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time by e-mail; this does not affect processing already carried out.
We keep your enquiry together with any attachment for three years from our last communication with you. If the enquiry leads to a contract, the retention of the related documents is governed by the periods laid down in accounting and tax legislation. Once the period expires, we delete the data.
Your enquiry arrives in our e-mail inbox. Technically, the data is therefore also accessible to our hosting and e-mail service provider (Websupport s.r.o.), which acts as our processor and is bound by confidentiality. We do not transfer data outside the European Union and we use neither automated decision-making nor profiling.
This website does not use cookies. It carries no analytics tools, advertising scripts, tracking pixels, embedded videos or external fonts — the page downloads nothing from third-party servers and stores nothing about you in your browser. That is also why no consent bar appears here; there is nothing to consent to.
The hosting server keeps standard access logs, including IP addresses. They serve security and the resolution of technical faults, and are kept only for a short time.
In relation to your data you have rights, which you can exercise with us by e-mail at office@elektrosystems.sk. We will reply within one month at the latest.
If you believe that we are not handling your data properly, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, Slovakia.
